  1. VCM-50T & 150T pump have the characteristics of diminishing the whirl in the hydraulic oil. It is quiet when operating and efficient. Suitable for being a low pressure pump in high-low pressure system.
  2. Pressure balance structure produces lower axial loading pressure, and longer service life. Noise level is low.
  3. Pump structure is simple and easy for maintenance. Flange mounting type could be directly connected with electric motor.

VCM-50T-※-L (Foot Type), VCM-15T-※-F (Flange Type), VCM-150T-※-L(Foot Type), VCM-150T-※-F (Flange type)

  1. Keep hydraulic oil clean and prevent any contamination.
    Polluted hydraulic oil will cause the malfunction of the pump, as a result, decreasing the service life of it. In order to maintain the pressured oil within NAS10, it is necessary to install a 100um suction strainer and it has to at least be kept 50mm from the bottom of tank.
  2. Precise axial concentric angel
    We recommend using coupling when installing the pump to avoid any off center or distortion. The maximum axial allowance is 0.25mm and the maximum angel allowance is 0.2 degree.

  4. Star-up Operation
    When the pump is to be operated for the first time or re-start after stopping for a long period of time. The bleed valve should be mounted in the outlet side or screw off the nipple a little bit of. The motor should be started on an off a number of times in no-load stste in order to bleed the air from within the pump.
  5. Others
    When the rotation speed is lower than the 1200 rpm for VCM-*M series. It is suggested to keep the suction port in the up side when mounting.
